The talented tenth syndrome or how the man got you bedazzled …again!

You been had, you been took, you been hoodwinked, bamboozled, led astray, run amok.

“Lagging behind in the van of civilization will not prove our higher abilities. Being subservient to the will and caprice of progressive races will not prove anything superior in us. Being satisfied to drink of the dregs from the cup of human progress will not demonstrate our fitness as a people to exist alongside of others, but when of our own initiative we strike out to build industries, governments, and ultimately empires, then and only then will we as a race prove to our Creator and to man in general that we are fit to survive and capable of shaping our own destiny.”

–Marcus Garvey

Yes! We were duped.  We were deprived of our natural freedom, then we were denied of our humanity, education, then when we got all of these, it was designed to make us better more compliant chattel animals for the Caucasian elitist and their interceders. It is not enough to send our children to public and post secondary schools, the killing fields, the training grounds for complaint slaves. We also must teach them how to work on being a slave, in a power suit, with a useless piece of paper that never identified how free we could be.  When Neo was unplugged from the Matrix, Morpheus told him his muscles had atrophied from lack of use, his eyes hurt because he never used them from birth and because Of this we were never cognisant that we could use our education and experience as managers of successful Caucasian businesses, to gather the skills, habits, attitudes, and contacts we would need to create our own institutions and businesses! We only cared though, that the only ways to earn a living involve getting a j.o.b (just Over Broke),  depending on government assistance, or participating in criminal activity? Too many of us take the last two roads which are dead end situations. Most of us take the first road but that will never lead to true wealth and power. A minority of us cared enough about owning a business.

If there is no struggle there is no progress. Those who profess to favor freedom and yet deprecate agitation, are men who want crops without plowing up the ground, they want rain without thunder and lightning. They want the ocean without the awful roar of its many waters. This struggle may be a moral one, or it may be a physical one, and it may be both moral and physical, but it must be a struggle. Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will.

— Frederick Douglass

When the Honorable Marcus Garvey promoted self sustenance, he was not coming with anything new, he was just reminding us that that was how we should be. He just got us to realize that instead of doing it on a small scale, we could do it on a larger scale, because we have a much larger base to pool into and get from.  Yet we failed to sustain the level of forward progress that Garvey envisioned. Why? The most ready reason was we didn’t believe we had it in us.  Deep down we felt that we couldn’t sustain it and it showed the minute they took Garvey down…with the help of traitors and jealous people. We believe that the Caucasian man was smarter, more intelligent and better educated than us and the only way to do so was to compete with him, in HIS institution, learning HIS methodology and acting like HIM!  Oh! but the devil is a good strategist because he knew our need for a saviour would be our undoing, so since then he has been manufacturing saviours and leaders for us, endorsed by him with money and fame, to entice us and feed our growing cult of personality worship. All the while he was bestowing fame and fortune on the manufactured leaders, he was making sure they were feeling privileged and beholding to him for giving him a hand up.  Now whether we earned our degrees and education at a HBC or in the IVY league, only the knee-grow will fail to turn back and reach back to help their less educated, less wealth and less trained in the community.  What Eurocentric education engenders is a cult of selfishness and “wanna be whites” who would contort themselves fo Caucasian acceptance, than to be path finders like sister Harriet, coming back repeatedly–with a plan–to the African community. The first real manufactured leaders came about not so much by design but by jealousy, but it was certainly jumped on. When knee-grows like Dubois, A. Phillip Randolph and other Knee-grows saw what this immigrant with a thick accent was doing they got upset. Their wishes to co-exist instead of living apart did not resonate with the masses like Garvey’s philosophy did. Their intellectualizations and education couldn’t get them to grow the type of crop that this man did.  Even despite what we were doing at the time, DuBois still believed that the only way for our community to be successful based on the Caucasian standard was to get a formal education. And he felt ONLY 10 percent of the community is and was worthy of such a position. Fucking bull shit. Common sense was around before formal education and while formal education is good, it should never supersede experience, common sense and general education. Formal education often breeds, superficial and physically lazy and cowardly bitches, who would rather talk their way out of a problem than to get down and roll their sleeves up.

The talented 10th:

The Negro race, like all races, is going to be saved by its exceptional men. The problem of education, then, among Negroes must first of all deal with the Talented Tenth; it is the problem of developing the Best of this race that they may guide the Mass away from the contamination and death of the Worst, in their own and other races. Now the training of men is a difficult and intricate task. Its technique is a matter for educational experts, but its object is for the vision of seers. If we make money the object of man-training, we shall develop money-makers but not necessarily men; if we make technical skill the object of education, we may possess artisans but not, in nature, men. Men we shall have only as we make manhood the object of the work of the schools–intelligence, broad sympathy, knowledge of the world that was and is, and of the relation of men to it–this is the curriculum of that Higher Education which must underlie true life. On this foundation we may build bread winning, skill of hand and quickness of brain, with never a fear lest the child and man mistake the means of living for the object of life.

This is why I could never get into this dude. This is the same top heavy, management heavy type of approach we see in corporations today, where many believe that the smartest people are the most educated and they will lead the organization. But he doesn’t just stop there, no…his next move betrayed his intention and solidified in my mind what this knee-grow and subsequent knee-grows like him was all about.  Du Bois rose to national prominence as the leader of the Niagara Movement, a group developed and financed by Khazar interests, where many of the principal backers were agents of the US government.  The Niagara Movement later morphed into the colored people organization (NAACP) a group that still calls them selves colored in 2012, but actually indicates that they are not really about we. Du Bois and his backers and supporters supporters claimed they opposed the Atlanta Compromise, an agreement crafted by Booker T. Washington which provided that Southern blacks would work and submit to white political rule, while Southern rednecks guaranteed that knee-grows would receive basic educational and economic opportunities. Instead, Du Bois insisted on full civil rights and increased political representation, which he believed would be brought about by the African-American intellectual elite. This was no doubt a concoction of the Caucasian backers, whose divide and conquer exists today in an elitist organization called the boule.  According to the prevailing belief or propaganda, the talented tenth represented the leadership that the knee-grows needed for advanced education to develop its internal leadership. The leadership we see today in the form of the Marion Berry’s, the Jesse Jackson, the Rangel, Condoleezza Rice and such.

What is the Matrix

The video below encapsulated what the talented tenth really feel about the “untalented 90th”. Come on , do you think this is not the other part of the equation? That this is not what the rich bitches think about the less wealthy? This is what wealthy Caucasian think about their own and others.

A CNN episode on the knee-grow elites called the Boule ( the house knee-rows of yore)

I had pieces in the past, on the origin of the NAACP and the Boule, pieces I had taken down to put into a book of selected posts, but here brother Bobby Hemmitt drops some science on the oath takers called the Boule.

Bobby Hemmitt “The (Gay) Boule Black Secret Society

The reason why knee-grows cannot advance as part of the talented tenth, is because they sold their soul for the fools gold of wealth and fame. These are the same non leaders who turn around and claim that the ills of our group is because we won’t act like Afropeans, instead of the truth that they are strategically placed to subvert our goals, aspirations and efforts.

  1. WOW! This is one of your best posts yet. I never knew this secret club existed til Prince told me of the Gay Black Boule. All that for some trinkets? I”m ashamed that some of us sold out for the small price of fame.

I always knew there was a reason why Halle Berry “made it” and other more talented actresses didn’t. Keep spreading the word and educating us. I’ll have to check out more youtube videos…

    1. It is not only modeled after the skull and bones an organization that styles themselves as the breeding grounds of the illuminati, but most people don’t even know that the first fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha (I think) got the one and only Kwame Nkrumah to teach them African dances that has sinced morphed into the modern stepping. Yet they still call themselves greeks.mmmm!

The ancient Greeks stole from Africa…the imitation of life no doubt.

      1. Don’t tell that to them though…according to Greco-Roman history, they are the ones who started it all.

  2. Man, What a great post. Real truth in your blog. I am a new blogger, and have a story to tell about me and my family and how they came to be.
