Elementary: Raising the children in the ways of genocide

Family check out this film once it is out:

One of the gravest threats to the security of black children is the growing prison industrial complex.   Rahiem Shabazz has put together a group of experts to make the film, “Elementary Genocide,” which deeply explores the complexity of this problem, and how a prison cell is built for nearly every black child in America from the day they are born.

“The prison industrial complex is the reason for the spike in single parent households, the increase in urban violence, and the vast urban decay we’ve been seeing in the black community over the last 40 years.  This is our holocaust, we’re right in the middle of it, and it is going to take determined action in order to stop the systematic slaughter of our young people.” – Dr Boyce Watkins

Elementary Genocide consists of candid interviews and voice-over narration culled from original interviews from professors, teachers, best selling authors, children, parents, celebrities, etc. A few notable appearances are made by Dr. Umar Abdullah Johnson, Dr. Boyce Watkins, SupremeUnderstanding, Dr. Torrence Stephens, Tracey Syphax, Killer Mike, Kadidra Stewart, Edward M. Garnes Jr., Okorie Johnson and Sistah Iminah.
