The secret to happiness

The secret to happiness:

“The Secret of Happiness lies in looking at all the wonders of the world and never forgetting the two drops of oil in the spoon.”

The secret to happiness:

Is believing that how you do what you do is more important than what you do; as long as what you do is really what you want to do, and not something you feel you must do, because it is something you think others expect of you.

“What do they say about the secret to life?” She asked him.

“It’s simple” he said.

“Oh yeah?”, she said. ” I would like to hear this”

“No!” He said. “The secret to life is simple”.  Do what makes you happy. Just don’t do what other people want you to do to make them happy.

The secret to happiness:

Is progression in stages and seeing progress as a journey and not a destination.

Our passions should be our guide, as long as our passion is beneficial to our happiness long-term,  not short-term. Short term passion is not intelligent usage of passion, if it is not part of your progression. If your short-term passion finds you treading water, stagnating you in one place, causing you to see the same result over and over again. That is not the truest example of what intelligent passion is. Intelligent usage of your passion leads to progression. Progression leads to growth. Growth leads to happiness.

Do what you want, not what you should. Your should must become your must.  And your must is the want that drives you.

Know what you want do and find out if it’s truly what you want to do and not something you feel you should do.

This requires you to meditate deeply on
