There is an old story I like to share with interested parties, it goes like this:

In a kingdom of old ruled a good kin, a man of great character, who attended to his subjects needs and made sure all were met with love and respect. Suffice to say the people love the king and the kingdom was free from strife and discord, as they people followed the king in sharing and caring for their neighbours. However, in the kingdom there resided a malevolent being, a practitioner of witchcraft, who hated the king, and the way he ruled and affected the way people in the kingdom related to each other. So the being who was steeped in sorcery, crept down to the town square and poured poison chemicals into the towns well water. Soon the people after drinking the water started experiencing illusions and fractured state of wellness. They saw the King, who naturally drank from his own dedicated well as a madman. “Let’s kill the king they cried, before he kill us for surely he is insane!”. Fearing for his life, yet weeping for his loss, they King late one night snuck down into the town square to drink of the town’s well water. The next morn they people shouted.. ’rejoice, our beloved king as returned to us!”

According to those how make it their vocation to study the ways of the human mind, mental disorder or mental illness is a psychological or behavioural pattern generally associated with subjective distress or disability that occurs in an individual, and which is not a part of normal development or culture. Such a disorder may consist of a combination of affective, behavioural, cognitive and perceptual components.

The symptoms of mental disorders vary depending on the type and severity of the condition. Some general symptoms in adults that may suggest a mental illness include:

  • Confused thinking
  • Long-lasting sadness or irritability
  • Extreme highs and lows in mood
  • Excessive fear, worry, or anxiety
  • Social withdrawal
  • Dramatic changes in eating or sleeping habits
  • Strong feelings of anger
  • Delusions or hallucinations (seeing or hearing things that are not really there)
  • Increasing inability to cope with daily problems and activities
  • Thoughts of suicide
  • Denial of obvious problems
  • Many unexplained physical problems
  • Abuse of drugs and/or alcohol

For more than 30 years the idea that rampant anti-African hatred and anti-ethnic hatred, euphemistically titled “racism”, has sat on the table of the American Psychiatric Association, as a mental health issue but never given the attention it deserved. Today I am not sure it would be handled the way it should, because where as violent mental health tends to be viewed and treated in certain way based on ethnicity or within “racial context), I am almost certain the same would be if anti-ethnic violence should be given the rubber stamp of these professional drug pushers and intellectual bull slingers.

Doubt me at your leisure, but contrast the treatment of crazy as fuck, Charles Manson and that of John Allen Muhammad and the final solution to both. Contrast the results of the architects of the Rwanda genocide and those of the boars of Southern African during their occupation. Yeah I know, different eras, but consider the narrative and over stand that proceeding from the narrative comes the solution which affects generations coming in.   After several anti-African  killings in the civil rights era, a group of African psychiatrists in America inc., sought to have extreme bigotry classified as a mental disorder. The association’s officials rejected the recommendation arguing that because so many Americans are “racist”, even extreme racism in this country is normative—a cultural problem rather than an indication of psychopathology.

The psychiatric profession’s primary index for diagnosing psychiatric symptoms, the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), does not include “racism, prejudice, or bigotry” in its text or index. Therefore, there is currently no support from the association for including extreme Anti-African or anti-ethnic hatred under any diagnostic category. This leads psychiatrists to think that it cannot and should not be treated in their patients.

Many have argued that for the association to continue perceiving extreme Anti-African or anti-ethnic hatred as normative and not pathologic is to lend it legitimacy. They also reason that anyone who scapegoats a whole group of people and seeks to eliminate them to resolve his or her internal conflicts meets criteria for a delusional disorder, a major psychiatric illness.

Gordon Willard Allport (November 11, 1897 – October 9, 1967) was an American psychologist and was one of the first psychologists to focus on the study of the personality. He is often referred to as one of the founding figures of personality psychology. He contributed to the formation of Values Scales and rejected both a psychoanalytic approach to personality, which he thought often went too deep, and a behavioural approach, which he thought often did not go deep enough. He emphasized the uniqueness of each individual, and the importance of the present context, as opposed to past history, for understanding the personality.

Those pushing for the inclusion of anti-African and anti-ethnic hatred and violence as part of the mental health problem thought it should be considered in the context of behaviour described by Allport in The Nature of Prejudice.  Allport’s 5-point scale categorizes increasingly dangerous acts. It begins with verbal expression of antagonism, progresses to avoidance of members of disliked groups, then to active discrimination against them, to physical attack, and finally to extermination (lynching, massacres, genocide). That fifth point on the scale, the acting out of extermination fantasies, is readily classifiable as delusional behaviour.

In researching this topic, I came across the works of Sullaway and Dunbar and their use of a prejudice rating scale to assess and describe levels of prejudice. They found associations between highly prejudiced people and other indicators of psychopathology. The subtype at the extreme end of their scale is a paranoid/delusional prejudice disorder.

The archetypical prejudice type experiences delusions that there are  a group of individuals, who share a defining characteristic, in one’s environment and have a particular and unusual significance. These delusions are usually of a negative or contemptuous way. When these delusions are extreme, the person may act out by attempting to harm, and even murder, members of the despised groups.

As someone who works in the social service filed, I can attest to the fact that extreme anti-ethnic delusions can also occur as a major symptom in other psychotic disorders, such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Persons suffering delusions usually have serious social dysfunction that impairs their ability to work with others and maintain employment. I have worked with people (co-workers and clients) who project their own unacceptable behaviour and fears onto other ethnic groups, blaming them for society’s problems. Their anti-ethnic and anti-African feelings, appearing to be tied to fixed belief systems that are immune to reality checks, can be considered symptoms of serious mental dysfunction.

One of the open secrets in the social service and even the psychiatric filed is the amount of functional, but mental imbalanced people walking about on the street, next to you on the bus, teaching your children, ministering to your congregation, etc. Many of these individuals own or operate within the realm of media. Media has been and always will be the vanguard of wars and genocidal conflicts including ethnic cleansing. Imagine if these people are allowed – wittingly or unwittingly to educate your children or your neighbours children, lead your children into conflict, or purport to be your political representative and leads your city, state/province or country?

Whenever I write about this subject I always refer back to the works of Michael Bradley…the Iceman’s Inheritance. From this work I can safely place in context the intense psychological depravity found in many of today’s defenders of European standard of worldview.

No, I am not saying the Caucasian has cornered the market on ethnic hatred, even if it sometimes appears so. But consider the fact that Caucasians still remain roughly 20% of the world population, yet seek to control or already control everything including the air you breath, the space above the planet and the space underwater. Ever since Barak Obama became the head knee-grow and prime puppet in the “Caucasian house”, I am stupefied by the level of venom spewed on him, so much so I wonder if he realized if this was what he sold his soul for. Some people even accuse Obama of screwing up the country and imply that America Inc. has taken a step down from the illegal regime of the crack head before him. However, my sympathy for Obama becomes short-lived after witnessing the effects of his many imperialist acts in Africa, the latest being Libya, under the war mongering Flag of America Inc. It’s is unfortunate for the rest of the planet that majority of us are beholding to and being led straight to our own destruction by a corporation called America Inc. that has a his-story of rampant mental health issues and are figuratively lead as usual, by people who are puppets for others with god complexes.

If there is a Satan he is laughing his ass off right now, cause while the planet burns, we are fiddling with our ding-a-lings or watching the next episode of basket ball wives, oblivious to the fact that our one chance of doing some good is going up in smoke.
